Strategic Intervention
Strategic Intervention Coaching is a program where I will help you strategically plan your next steps towards your goal or guide you to overcome current blocks. I will help you see your blind spots and why they are still in place. It’s quite freeing once you see how your inner blocks were there as a protective mechanism.
Strategic Intervention coaching is unpacking your issue or dilemma and uncovering the root problem.
We unpack it in a way that shows you where your focus has been and what needs to be put in place so you can make decisions from the conscious mind with personal power.
Through questioning and some psychological processes, you will be guided to see, feel and unpack your issue/problem, unwind the stuck energy, and tap into your power and connection with the wisdom within, so you can feel free, confident, and clear on your next steps.
You will get specific tools and practices for your challenge, whether you need more confidence, better communication, or better performance that leads to higher income, you will get it here.
You will leave here knowing what moves you/drives you, inspires you and how to gently deal with your weak spots.

Coaching in itself is a way that a person shows up and starts tightening loose ends, getting clarity, etc., and as soon they get relief, strength, and clarity in one place, they feel empowered to tackle the next issue, so yes Coaching can help in all areas of life.
It’s always best to work on trauma separately because it’s a completely different process from coaching.
Because of my psychotherapy background, I take clients into coaching with some trauma (because we all have some of it) but sometimes we decide together that psychotherapy is what is needed.
Yes, but only if you show up fully, take responsibility where is needed, participate in your “saving” and take action we agree on.
