Due to the nature of my training being an open and honest space which is my first and most important thing to create for people, they can relax and trust it’s a safe space with no judgment and everything is welcomed – this gives them the freedom to be, to express themselves freely and honestly knowing it’s all ok. This is one of the biggest and most important things people take away from my events. They forget strategies but they don’t easily forget how they were feeling free at my events.

My events are sacred and unique not just because I am a rare trainer with my psychotherapy background/understanding of the mind and trauma so well but I have had my own many sacred experiences, so I listen to the room and what people need even when they don’t say it, and magic happens exactly as it needs to happen for the participants to have their own unique profound experience and transformation.

It all depends on your needs and what outcome you want. Generally, it’s a yearly retreat that companies provide for their employees and staff, but most often is a 3-month program with smaller teams where we have a clear focus on what needs to get better, productivity, communication, better personal emotional state, etc. The goal is happy and vital employees and in 3 months they measure their progress and decide if that is all they need for the time being.
