I come to you, your house or we meet in a specific place for a whole weekend and work on your biggest challenge.
Depending if you need therapy, coaching, or strategic planning and guidance we do that together without any distractions. The huge benefit of this is you have time to process after our session and ask clarifying questions and share important insights. We can even do a breakthrough experience for you where you step into your body and do something (one of my secret sauce processes) that challenges all your old beliefs about self.
This experience is uniquely designed for the client’s specific needs and it’s the best gift one can give to self. It’s a lot of work in a short time but it changes the trajectory of your life.

During our discovery call and depending on your choice (in-person or online) we will determine details about our time together. Giving yourself time and space like this not only will confirm your value and worth to yourself, but you will awaken the wisdom within – which will be your guiding force to your heart’s desires.

It’s a weekend usually just for you with me to look at your life and what’s stopping you from living fully expressed and solving for it.
It’s always somewhat different depending on the client’s needs, mainly coaching with psychotherapy and clearing of negative mental and emotional patterns, facilitation of at least one of my ancient breakthrough elements, and lots and lots of expansion within a person’s state of being.
Yes, 2 days is the minimum for this, reasons are many but it’s a proven method to stir a lot of things the first day, sleep on it, talk about it the next day and see what’s left that needs processing, and a person needs time to reflect on everything.
